A little about me
I’m Justin, 30 years old, dad of two wonderful kids. I’ve always been interested in how everyday objects – the stuff in our kitchens, on our shelves, in our homes – quietly shape our daily experience. Good finds make life smoother. Bad finds clutter drawers. This site is my attempt to help people choose more of the former and less of the latter.
I’m honest, sometimes a bit cheeky, and I have no patience for influencer-style „must-have“ lists that read like advertisements. What I aim for here is something different: practical, researched advice that respects your time and your wallet.
Why GoodHomeFinds?
Because the internet is saturated with product recommendation sites, and most of them feel the same: the same „top 10“ formats, the same affiliate-driven enthusiasm, the same promises that everything is the „best ever.“ I wanted a site where:

How I research
Every recommendation on this site goes through the same process: thorough research into the product category, critical review of user feedback (yes, I filter the suspicious 5-star clusters), cross-checking with independent sources like Consumer Reports, Good Housekeeping, Wirecutter, and manufacturer documentation. Only then does a product get featured.
When I genuinely don’t have a confident recommendation, I say so. I’d rather be honest about uncertainty than pretend to have all the answers.
